We’re near the highway. Light road noise can be heard outdoors. Less than 10 min to town with no winding roads — most guests love the convenience + privacy over total seclusion.

Why it’s easy to get here: we’re close to the highway. You may notice light road noise on the deck during the day. Bring the portable record player out, open the French doors, and let the music carry. Fire pit going, records on, mountains around you. It’s the best part of the night.

Most guests say the access is worth it — but if you want total silence, we may not be your cabin.

Other things to note
Early Check-in + Late Checkout: We offer both early check-in (2 pm) and late checkout (11 am) add-ons for $50. The amount is limited, though, depending on the date. Please message us for availability and to add it to your reservation.

Firewood:
We do not provide firewood on the property, but do have a contact who will make small or large deliveries of firewood bundles. Please reach out if you would like his contact.

Security: Property has security cameras to ensure guests safety. Cameras are only accessed in case of emergency.

Pet friendly North Georgia Cabin Rentals

Power Outages: it is not rare for the power to go out. It usually comes back on within a couple hours but we do not have a generator.

Cleanliness: Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process following each check-out.

Dogs: We have dogs of our own and can’t imagine visiting the mountains without them. However, please treat this as your home. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.

First Aid: A first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink.

Neighborhood: A community center is located at the top of the hill, please do not block the road when parking.

Children: Please note that our cabin is not considered child- friendly. If you’re interested in bringing children, please make yourself aware of the lofted bedroom with a steep staircase, steep steps down to the fire pit, and hot tub close to the deck railing. By requesting to book, you are agreeing to full responsibility and liability for all children present during your stay and agree that they will be monitored by a responsible adult at all times.

Safety: Our property offers numerous activities that make the experience what it is. In this regard, guests must act responsible when using the amenities to ensure safety at all times:

Hot tub use: Our hot tub sits on top of our +10ft deck and therefor guests need to be responsible during use. To ensure safety, guests must not sit on the hot tub ledge.
