Only a few steps away from Fighting Town creek!! This cabin with 2BR + 1.5BA and a loft features a freshly updated kitchen with new appliances, a stone fireplace, comfy beds, and fresh modern decor that provide the perfect atmosphere for your well-deserved get-away. Savor your evenings enjoying the door space either by the fire, in the hot tub, or on the deck just feet above the creek.

The Hemlock Bear can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids max.

Cozy living room with 2 leather arm chairs, a comfy velvet sofa, Smart TV, and gas fireplace with sounds of the water flowing just steps outside the door. Fully stocked kitchen complete with plenty of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, flatware, cooking tools, pots/pan, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, toaster and even plates/bowls/cups/silverware for the kiddos!

Upstairs is a spacious loft with a king size bed, USB ports on either side of the bed for charging
devices, a half bathroom, walk in closet, a dresser and armchair.

The first main level bedroom has a queen bed with USB ports on each nightstand for charging devices. You will also find a dresser & small closet with a fan and children’s pack n play. Second bedroom has a twin bunk bed perfect for kids, a small kids table with two chairs and fully stock shelves with games and puzzles.

The full bathroom on the main floor has been remodeled with a brand new tile bath/shower with sliding glass doors. Stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in pump containers. There is also a blow dryer for guests use stored under the sink.

The back deck provides a great outdoor living space. There is a Blackstone flat top grill, a large Solo Stove fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 unique Amish rocking chairs & a bench for relaxing. You will also find a six-person hot tub, a 10′ long live edge river oak slab bar top for enjoying the atmosphere with your favorite meal. Below, there is a small deck directly next the creek that is perfect for kicking back and enjoying your coffee or wine at any time of the day!

Guests will have the entire cabin and outdoor space to themselves!

Other things to note

– There is no cell phone service at the cabin. Please be sure you’re set up for Wi-Fi calling prior to your arrival. We do have a landline at the cabin if needed!

– The road to the cabin is gravel, we advise that you drive slowly. The road is also narrow so be on the lockout for on coming traffic. Take it slow, watch for other cars, and avoid pot tholes. The drive is not too bad. We drive a Honda Accord and never have issues!
