You (and only your group) will have full access to the entire cabin and private outdoor recreation area with a fire pit, porch swings, Adirondack chairs, pickleball & basketball sport court, and children’s playset and area with rubber mulch.

🪵Firewood, s’mores supplies, lighter fluid, and charcoal are not provided but grilling utensils are located in the corner kitchen cabinet.
🐻🫎Wild neighbors – You may spot wildlife during your stay—please enjoy the view from a safe distance.🐻🫎
✔️ Hot Tub Rules: No glassware is permitted anywhere near the outdoor hot tub area. For your safety, please follow the Hot Tub rules as posted on the front of the hot tub.
✔️ Wildlife & Nature: The property is in a beautiful wooded area. You may encounter insects, critters, or local wildlife outside, and all trash must be secured in the designated outdoor bearproof enclosure.
✔️ External Cameras: For your security and property protection, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, sport court, and entry points. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
✔️ Strict Capacity: Our utility systems explicitly limit total guest occupancy to 4 people.
