The space
BigFoot Landing is a brand-new 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath three-level Smoky Mountain cabin designed for groups who want premium privacy without sacrificing amenities. Sleeping 20 with five King bedrooms (two with en-suites, plus en-suite options on every level) and a queen-over-queen bunk room, this is a multi-generational reunion setup most cabins can’t match — a King bed and private bath for every couple. Outside, a brand-new private pickleball court (built exclusively for this property), a half basketball court, mini putt-putt, life-size chess, a hot tub, and a fire pit give guests reasons to never leave. Inside, a home theater with starlink internet and theater seating, a game room with pool table and foosball, and wraparound decks with Smoky Mountain views round out the experience.

Sevierville TN Cabin

Our beautifully appointed cabin can accommodate up to 20 guests with comfort:

Main Level: 2 King bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom)
Upper Level: 3 King bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom)
Lower Level: Queen over queen bunk bedroom
Extra Sleeping: 3 queen pull-out couches (living room, game room, theater room)

In total, the cabin offers 10 beds and 4.5 bathrooms, with starter toiletries (designed to get you through until you make your first store run) and linens provided. Each bathroom includes shower/tub combos or walk-in showers for a relaxing start or end to your day.

For added convenience, the cabin includes two pack ’n plays, a washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi and keyless code entry.

Enjoy a delicious hamburger fresh off the charcoal grill! While the grill is provided, please note that charcoal is not included. You can easily purchase some at a nearby local store.

The cabin is reached via a gravel driveway approximately 0.2 miles long. Most vehicles can navigate it without issue; however, we recommend extra caution for low-clearance cars or motorcycles. Our team and staff regularly access the property without difficulty.

Military:
– We’re honored to partner with Crewdogs, a platform built by and for the military community. If you’re active duty, a veteran, or part of a military family, we’d love to have you stay with us through Crewdogs.

Pet-friendly! 🐾
– We welcome up to two pets with a $375 add-on. Please be sure to include your pet in the reservation before arrival so everything is properly noted and prepared for your stay.

Private driveway with easy parking access. No community, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay.

During the winter months, 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended to access our cabin due to potential snowy or icy conditions. The driveway leading to the home is gravel.

For added peace of mind, we also encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected weather-related changes to your plans. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!

Other things to note
Note Booking Requirements:
Before you arrive you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this cabin. Guests under 25 with stellar reviews may be considered, but a security deposit will be required to reserve the cabin.
