The space
This home is a quintessential stacked log home that exudes warmth and rustic flavor. Complete with two levels of living, soaring cathedral ceilings, and bountiful natural light with walls of window across the perimeter of the cabin.

On the main, find a large living room complete with a large stone fireplace, comfortable den, and doors leading to the wraparound porch. Cabin is equipped with a luxury kitchen fully stocked for cooked meals at the property. Large dining room area makes this the perfect retreat for family getaways or a couple’s retreat. Guests may find the laundry on the main level as well as the first primary king bedroom with large bathroom and tile shower. The back decks off the main level feature a gas fire table, lounge chairs and propane grill.

The lofted upstairs of the cabin is home to the second king bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Soaring cathedral ceilings with wooden beams create the cabin vibe you’re looking for when escaping to the mountains.

Outside, guests may wander down through the lush meadow backyard to Big Creek, a protected trophy trout stream where guests may fly fish (catch and release, please!), wade in or sit creekside by the stone fire pit for evenings that turn to nights under the stars — marshmallows and bourbon a must! Cabin is equipped with an EV charger. Indulge in your modern luxury experience you’d come to expect in the mountains.

Guest access
Guests may enjoy access to the entire cabin less the owners’ closets and garage.

Other things to note
Electric vehicle charging is available for $25 per day. Please notify us if you need this ahead of time so we can enable the charger for your use!

FIREPLACE
Please note that, while the indoor fireplace is wood-burning, only Duraflame (or similar) logs are permitted for burning indoors. Guests will be provided with a few starter logs, but please pick up some more locally if you feel you’ll need them!

FIRE PIT
You may burn wood in the firepit, however firewood is not provided. Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood. You may also find on property down branches and logs which you are welcome to collect up and burn. Oversized logs and branches present a safety hazard, so please keep the fire pit and its contents to an appropriate size. Please DO NOT burn trash the outdoor fire pit.

FIRE TABLE
The gas-burning fire table on the back deck is for warmth and ambience use only. Please do not burn trash, make s’mores or put anything else on the fire table.

EVENTS
Events of any kind are not permitted at this home. This includes weddings, elopements, parties, reunions or any other similar gatherings.

PROPERTY CONDITION
The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and all known defects or damages are documented prior to guest arrivals. If you notice any obvious damage upon check-in, please notify your host immediately via Airbnb chat.

If damage is not reported at check-in, it may be assumed to have occurred during the guest’s stay. Any damages identified after check-out may result in a damage claim being submitted.

**All guests that book this cabin may be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.

**No parties, pets, or smoking allowed.
