Designed to comfortably host up to 18 guests, this 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom property features six luxury king suites and a dedicated bunk room sleeping six. Guests enjoy a private heated pool overlooking the water, direct lake access with a private dock and boat ramp, two living rooms, a lower-level kitchenette, and an indoor movie room. Whether gathering for a milestone celebration or a relaxing lake vacation, this home delivers the perfect setting for relaxation and connection.

The Space & Layout Inside, clean modern finishes and warm wood flooring frame bright, open-concept living spaces filled with natural light. The main living level features a spacious kitchen and dining area designed for shared meals, while two distinct living rooms offer flexibility for group gatherings or quiet downtime. The lower-level living area includes a convenient kitchenette for easy snacks and drinks, while the private theater room provides a cozy cinematic experience after a day on the water.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms Seven comfortably appointed bedrooms provide private spaces to rest and recharge. The sleeping layout includes six king suites, including Bedroom 3 with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, along with a separate bunk room accommodating six additional guests. Four full bathrooms ensure a smooth stay for large groups without delays during busy mornings.

Outdoor Amenities The outdoor living area features a private heated pool situated right along the shoreline, offering panoramic sunset views across Lake Hamilton. Boating enthusiast guests benefit from direct waterfront access, complete with a private dock and boat ramp for launching watercraft. Expansive outdoor decks provide ample room to lounge, take in the views, and enjoy peaceful mornings by the water.

Location & Guest Access Located within the Hot Springs Lodge & Resort community, guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, as well as amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, central climate control, an in-home washer and dryer, and free driveway parking for up to four vehicles. The home sits just minutes from historic Bathhouse Row, thermal spas, scenic trails in Hot Springs National Park, and local dining.

Important Stay Information & Host Policies Pool heating is available upon request for $95 per day and must be booked for the entire stay duration with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Notice provided under 48 hours is subject to availability and a $50 late fee. Pool heating operates up to 100 degrees, though efficiency decreases when outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees. Heating is unavailable from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual water drawdown starting November 1st, with refill beginning between March 1st and March 8th and completing by March 15th. Because this property sits in a cove, water levels recede completely during this winter period, leaving no visible water behind the house until the lake refills in March.

Guests must electronically sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking matching the primary guest ID. To prevent local municipal fines, all garbage must be bagged securely inside outdoor street cans and placed at the curb the evening before trash collection day.

Host Business Hours & Emergency Support Guest assistance is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For non-urgent inquiries received outside these hours, messages will be returned the following morning. For urgent middle-of-the-night plumbing or HVAC issues, 24-hour service contact details are provided in your digital guidebook upon check-in.
