The dining area is situated right next to the kitchen, making it easy to serve meals. It accommodates 8 people, with bar chairs adjacent to seat 4 more people. We also have 2 high chairs for the little ones in your group.

Kick back, relax or swim in your very own private indoor pool. The pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature so it feels just right at all times. This is a full size pool that adults can swim in, not a splash pool that many other cabins in the Smokies offer.

Please note, the pool is temperature controlled and maintained at 80F (it may fluctuate by a few degrees depending on the weather outside). While this is comfortable for most guests, please note it is not “warm” like bath water or anywhere close to as hot as a hot tub. We like to share this with guests to transparently set expectations.

IMPORTANT: All guests must review, understand, accept and comply with the stated rules in the House Rules section (Pool and Hot Tub Rules section) below before using the pool and hot tub.

Please remember that you’re staying in a cabin, not a hotel. Please treat our cabin with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

★CABIN RULES★
– Must be 25+ to book and a member of the group staying at the property.
– 22 Human Max. Bringing more humans than accounted for on your reservation will result in $100 per human exceeding 22
– NO Smoking
– NO Parties
– Dogs allowed; Pet rules and fees apply (read house rules section for more details)
– THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM $1000 CHARGE FOR SMOKING AND PARTYING
– Must be verified through AirBnb with a Government Issued ID.
– (1) A signed rental agreement, (2) copy of your Govt Issued ID (front and back), (3) names of all guests in your party and (4) $1000 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 3 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. For the security deposit, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time. You will receive information about all of the above as well as the option to purchase travel insurance from us after booking. Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. We recommend that you purchase TRAVEL insurance to protect your trip.

★ AMENITIES ★
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods & trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a “starter kit”, we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc

★ ENTRY ★
There is an electronic keypad located at the front door. You will receive a personalized door code before your check-in time. The code is changed after every guest. Check in anytime after 4pm / Check out is 10am. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will be applied.

★ PARKING ★
Parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

★ POOL AREA ACCESS ★
The indoor pool is in a separate room with gated access (number lock on the door will be shared in your check-in instructions). Pool room door should be locked when the pool room is not in use to prevent unintended access without adequate supervision. Please make sure to review the “Indoor Pool” section under House Rules for further details.

★ INTERNET/CABLE ★
The cabin has reliable high speed internet and mesh Wi-Fi throughout the entire cabin fit for streaming your favorite on-demand movie or show. Watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. Guests must sign-in with their own streaming service accounts.

★ LAUNDRY ★
Indoor washer, dryer available.

★ SECURITY ★
Security cameras are located outside front entrance and driveway for your security. NO cameras inside the property

★ NO SMOKING ★
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES ★
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $1000 plus damages
