House rules:

• Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Owners are responsible for the dog’s behavior and will be assessed for any damages. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the house. Pets are not allowed on bed and sofas.
Pet fee is $50 per stay.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $250 fine
• Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM. $250 fine for disturbances. Noise detector in use.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• This property is equipped with video camaras on the outside of the home. Located at front door, backyard and driveway. The interior does NOT have video camaras. It is also equipped with noise detection device.
• Leave all trash inside the house (NO TRASH OUTDOORS please). For excess trash, use the neighborhood dumpster near the mailboxes past the community pool. Code provided after reservation.
