Important Booking Details

Pool Heat Guidelines

• Pool heat is available by request only.

• You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Shorter notice is not guaranteed and incurs a $50 fee.

• Maximum heat temperature is 100 degrees.

• Between December and February, heating efficiency drops significantly when outdoor temperatures fall below 50 degrees.

• The fee is $95/day and must apply to your entire stay.

• Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Rental Terms & Drawdown Info

• Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. We also require a security deposit authorization. The government ID and signature must match the reservation name.

• Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st. Refilling begins between March 1st and March 8th, completing by March 15th. Because this property sits in a shallow cove, the water completely recedes during this window.

• Please place all trash inside street cans (no loose bags) and roll them to the curb the night before pickup to avoid a $100 fine.
