***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee***
***90 degrees maximum heat temperature***
***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures go below 50 degrees***
***$100/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.*** TRASH DAY IS TUESDAY

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
