Important Booking Details

Lake Hamilton Drawdown Policy

• The annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st each year.

• Water refilling starts between March 1st and March 8th and finishes by March 15th.

Trash & Maintenance Guidelines

• Please place all trash inside street cans with no loose bags.

• Do not roll trash cans back to the house; leave them on the street to avoid a $100 fine.

• Note: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and remains inoperable during this time.
