The fully stocked kitchen features a large island, full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee bar for easy mornings. Nearby, the living room centers around a cozy wood-and-leather sectional. Large windows bring abundant natural light into the space. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Shadow Haven comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. As a result, the layout accommodates families, couples, or group retreats with ease.

The two-level deck wraps around the back of the house, offering multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. For instance, you can dine outside, relax in lounge seating, or fire up the gas grill for a barbecue. As evening sets in, turn on the ambient string lights to unwind.

Important Booking Details

Check-In & Security Deposit

• Self-check-in is available with a smart lock for simple, flexible arrivals.

• We will send a rental agreement to electronically sign within 48 hours of booking.

• Government-issued ID and signature must match the reservation name and credit card on file. A security deposit authorization is also required.

Trash & Maintenance Guidelines

• Please place household trash in street cans and roll them to the curb the night before pickup.

• Leave cans on the street after pickup rather than rolling them back to the house to ensure collection and avoid a $100 fine.

• There is currently a home remodel next door, so occasional construction noise may occur during business hours.

• The outdoor sink is winterized from November through April and will not be operable during this time.

Business Hours & Emergency Support

• Our team operates daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. For non-emergencies outside business hours, please leave a voicemail or text message for a morning reply.

• If an urgent emergency arises overnight (such as plumbing or HVAC issues), please contact our 24-hour service providers listed in your check-in guide.
