Welcome to Poplar Peaks, a newly built (2024) luxury cabin in Boone, NC, ideally located near App State and Downtown Boone with stunning long-range, unobstructed Blue Ridge mountain views. The cabin features a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3-King/4-Twins), and 4 full bathrooms (heated floors and toilets), plus a game room with a pool table and arcade games. Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of two spaces – One Mechanical/Electrical closet in the basement and an Owner’s/Supplies closet on the main floor. Both rooms have keyed access to prevent guests from entering.

Entry to the cabin is through either the front or side door. Both have electronic locks and your unique code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note

Primary renter must be 25 years of age to book. Persons under the age of 25 are permitted provided someone over the age of 25 is the responsible party and stays on site at all times.

A Rental Agreement may be sent for signature prior to staying.

Poplar Peaks is in a growing neighborhood and construction of other houses may be ongoing during your stay.
