The Lodge at Pinhoti Peak is a modern 5BR, 4.5BA mountain retreat surrounded by the breathtaking Blue Ridge Moutains, designed for unforgettable stays. Enjoy panoramic views, a gourmet kitchen plus two kitchenettes, multiple living and media rooms with 100”+ TVs, freestanding soaking tub, outdoor sauna, heated pool*, putt-putt and bocce courts, grill, and expansive outdoor living spaces. Guests also enjoy access to shared trails, pickleball court, and disc golf. (*up to 100°F for add’l fee)

✨ Exclusive amenities at The Lodge: Guests at The Lodge can enjoy an enormous gourmet kitchen plus two additional kitchenettes, 12-person dining table with jaw-dropping views, three separate living rooms, high-speed fiber internet, two media rooms with 100″+ TVs, freestanding soaking tub, three private en-suite bedrooms, outdoor sauna, putt-putt and bocce courts, heated pool (see note below), separate gas and smoker grills, and an expansive outdoor living area with a cozy outdoor fireplace.

🌿 Communal amenities at Pinhoti Peak: pickleball court, private hiking trails through the woods, an overlook deck with panoramic mountain views, a 3-hole disc golf course nestled among the trees, and direct access to access to the Pinhoti Trail and Tatum Lead OHV Trail.

🛏️ Sleeping arrangements: Sleeps up to 12 with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds across 5 bedrooms, including 3 en-suite rooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared bath.

🏡 Group Stays at Pinhoti Peak — Book One or All! Pinhoti Peak features three luxury treehouses and The Lodge. Each can be rented individually or together for larger gatherings, retreats, or family getaways. Together, the full property can comfortably host up to 30 guests across four stunning stays:

💦 Pool Heating Note: There is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool, which can be warmed up to 100°F for guests who choose to add pool heating.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and outdoor amenities. The garage and utility room are reserved for owner and maintenance use.

Other things to note
♨️ Pool heating: For added comfort, optional pool heating is available. When selected, the pool is heated for up to 12 hours daily and set to approximately 90°F, weather permitting. The pool heating fee is $100 per day, reflecting the increased energy use.

👥 Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total, including children and any daytime visitors. Additional guests, if approved in advance, are $75 per guest per day.

🗑️Due to wildlife, all trash must be bagged, tightly sealed, and placed inside the designated bear-proof bins. Because trash collection is performed by hand, a $100 fee will be charged for any loose or non-bagged trash left behind.

📝The Lodge and Perch Treehouses at Pinhoti Peak are thoughtfully designed mountain retreats where nature and elevated amenities come together. The properties include features such as pools, saunas, fire elements, stairs, elevated spaces, trampolines, slides, outdoor recreation areas, and natural terrain. Wildlife sightings are also possible in this setting. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask guests to enjoy amenities responsibly, follow posted guidance, supervise children at all times, and use discretion during inclement weather. By renting this property, the guest releases the host from any liability resulting from the guest’s or their party’s use of the property and its amenities.
