A heated Gunite pool with a Midnight Blue PebbleTec finish sits front and center, paired with a 150″ outdoor LED video wall engineered for crisp viewing day or night. Watch a movie from the pool, catch the game from the hot tub, or enjoy it from the fire pit after sunset.

Just beside the pool, an 8×12 sky hammock offers another unforgettable place to unwind, while a 15-foot waterfall flows from beside the covered patio and creates a calming backdrop throughout the day. Bocce ball and cornhole add a fun, resort-style touch, and the fully fenced yard gives both dogs and kids room to roam.

The covered patio features an outdoor kitchen complete with grill, mini fridge, and 65″ TV, plus an 8-person dining table for dinners with a mountain backdrop. Nearby, the covered 7-person hot tub offers front-row views of both the ridgeline and the outdoor screen.

The Custom Bunk Room

A one-of-a-kind setup featuring two Queen beds, two Full beds, and a pull-out Twin trundle. Each built-in bunk is a private retreat with its own built-in TV and charging station.

Just off the main living area is one of the home’s signature spaces: the screened porch.

Because there is no pass-through traffic or neighbors right on top of you, you get to enjoy unrivaled privacy and breathtaking mountain views in both directions. While it feels entirely secluded, you are still just 3 miles to the shopping and dining of downtown Blue Ridge!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and all of its amenities.

A code for the electronic door lock will be sent 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests are welcome to check-in anytime after 4pm.

The property is conveniently located just 3/4 of a mile off the main highway. The drive does include some gravel and a steep hill, but it is accessible by all cars. We simply recommend maintaining a steady momentum and avoiding stopping on the incline.

Other things to note
❊Pool Safety: The pool features an automated cover that guests can easily open and close for child safety and heat retention.

❊Pool Heating: Heating is optional for an additional $75 per day and must be selected for the entire stay. The pool is heated to 85 degrees, though temperatures may drop slightly if the outside weather falls below freezing.

❊Privacy & Security: For your peace of mind and privacy, the only security cameras on the property are strictly pointed at the driveway/parking area.

❊Pet Policy: 2 dog maximum. Pet fee must be paid at time of reservation

❊Maximum Occupancy: 16 Guests

❊Travel Insurance: We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances.
