This Mountain Modern Ranch is designed for fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments, set against the gorgeous backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. Thoughtfully designed for elevated relaxation and endless enjoyment, the ranch comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Welcome to Smokey Mountain Ranch!

The space
Located on Wears Valley Rd (Hwy 321) and easily convenient to Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park and all of the restaurants and attractions the area has to offer. The home is less than a mile off Wears Valley Rd and has no hills or mountain roads. The home has parking for roughly 4 vehicles.

Endless entertainment: a full volleyball court, an open-air ping pong room, an air hockey table, a 2-player arcade system, and cornhole under charming string lights.
A tranquil, fairy-lit Zen Nook for quiet reading and relaxation.

VIEWS: Smokey Mountain Ranch lies on the valley floor with enormous and scenic mountains surrounding it (the drive in is gorgeous). The home is so close to the mountain that it blocks most views apart from winter when the leaves fall and offer a “seasonal view” of the mountain through the trees.

Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna: These amenities are to be used at your own risk. The hosts are not liable for any accidents or injuries. For your safety, do not use the hot tub or sauna after consuming alcohol, if you are pregnant, or if you have a medical condition that may put you at risk. Safety signs and required pool alarms are in place.
Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome some furry friends! To maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment, we only approve non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs, preferably small to medium-sized. The property is fully fenced. Please clean up all pet waste.
Travel & Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages. Full refunds are issued only for mandated evacuations. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.
