River Ranch Lake Placid Vacation Rental is an elegant home with a unique combination of Rustic Ranch and Adirondack Decor. There are two large and majestic stone fireplaces at the cabin. River Ranch Lake Placid was used during the 1980 Winter Olympics. A quarter mile driveway adds to the privacy of the 300 acres of open fields, forests, and the Ausable River. There are 10 miles of hiking trails on the property. If you seek luxury and adventure this is the property for you.

Other things to note

1. INTERIOR HOME: The interior of River Ranch is for the exclusive use of the RENTER and up to 12 total renters.

2. No events or parties.Hosting any of the above are grounds for immediate eviction

3. No pets

4. SUB-LET/ASSIGNMENT: RENTER shall not sub-let or assign his/her rights under this and Air BnB Agreement in any manner.

5. SMOKING: No smoking in the dwelling.

6. NOISE CURFEW – Renter must abide by the Town of North Elba noise ordinance of 9:30pm. Renter is responsible for any noise related legal charges and fines.

7. INDEMNIFICATION:
RENTER will indemnify and hold harmless River Ranch from any and all third party claims, actions, judgments, including all costs of defense and attorney fees incurred in defending against same, arising from and related to the RENTER or Guests.

In the event either party files suit in court of law to interpret or to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the party prevailing in such action shall be entitled to its reasonable legal fees and any and all costs incurred in such action to interpret or to enforce the terms of this agreement.

8. FORCE MAJEURE:
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, acts of war, government regulation, natural disasters, weather/power related events, transportation strikes, civil disorder, or other emergencies that make it illegal or impossible to provide facilities or hold the aforementioned term of rent. No refunds paid under this clause.
