Guests have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the locked storage area.

– Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

– This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. There is a basket in the kitchen sink drain to stop food from going down; empty this basket into the trash as needed and at the end of your stay. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable.

– Smoking, vaping, or any use of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or recreational substances is strictly prohibited indoors and on outdoor decks. Evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

– We do have a ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger, which is free to use. *This is a J1772 plug, Tesla’s will require an adapter.*

– For the Gen3 Peloton: Use with clean athletic shoes or Peloton-compatible cycling shoes (Look Delta cleats). Adjust the seat and handlebars before riding. Wipe down the bike after each use with provided wipes. Do not allow children to use the bike unsupervised.

– For the Ferrari simulator: No food or drinks are allowed near the simulator. Only one person on the driver seat. Avoid forcing the wheel or pedals, and follow on-screen instructions. Turn off the system after use.
