Come create memories at Mountain Blue – a beautiful, custom-built home 10 minutes from charming downtown Blue Ridge in the North Georgia mountains. This new, spacious (3,500+ square foot) cabin has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 8 beds with modern finishes and high-end amenities that will appeal to families, couples and friends looking for a fun and relaxing mountain getaway.

The space

As you approach our custom home, you will have plenty of parking, new landscaping, a grassy front yard and a wrap-around porch with plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.

Enter our modern home built with gorgeous blue ponderosa pine. The open floorplan includes a beautiful great room and fully-stocked kitchen. The home was built for entertainment and includes an upper and lower level. There are two family rooms (each has a fireplace), 6 smart tv’s (YouTubeTV service included), a theater room, gaming console, pool table, & a shuffleboard table. Outside you will find a hot tub, fire pit area, 2 sets of cornhole, board games, and Blackstone Grill.

We do have neighbors that we have an immense respect for. One neighbor has built many of the features in the home actually. These neighbors have friendly pets that can occasionally visit:)

One of the home’s key features is the versatile, outdoor living space. Whether you want to sit in a rocking chair on the front porch to watch the sunset, enjoy two screened-in porches with fans (one includes outdoor dining and the other a comfortable lounge area), watch the sunrise from the upper and lower-level porches or relax on the large side porch that overlooks the firepit to read a book or talk with family and friends, this home is equipped for you to enjoy the views and unwind.

The whole house is yours. All rooms are oversized with private access to wrap-around porches. Outside includes several porches, a hot tub, cornhole boards and firepit. Inside has a theater room, game room and theater room.
