Guest Information & Policies

Guest Access & Amenities:

• Exclusive private access to the cabin, pool, deck, fire pit, and waterfront.

• Shared access to the 9-hole mini-golf course.

• Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central HVAC, washer/dryer, detergent, and free driveway parking.

Rental Requirements:

• Digital Agreement: Guests must electronically sign our rental agreement and submit a government-issued ID matching the reservation name within 48 hours of booking.

Pool Heating Policy:

• Fee & Availability: $95/day (must be scheduled for the full duration of your stay). Pool heating is unavailable from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

• Notice Required: 48 hours’ advance notice is required. Requests made under 48 hours incur a $50 late fee. Max heat setting is 80°F.

Property Policies & Business Hours:

• Trash: Secure all trash in street cans or the main front dumpster.
