Boho Lake cabin is uniquely placed within an exceptional natural setting that combines the mountains, the woods, a lake and a creek, and we wanted to complement the magic of the surroundings by creating a special place that blends coziness, comfort, boho vibes and chic touches for a relaxing & stylish escape, both for ourselves to enjoy and to share that experience with our friends and guests! 🙂

The cabin and its surroundings offer a variety of amenities and features for a fun and magical stay : kayaks, fishing in the lake, hot tub with lake views, smokeless solo stove firepit, record player & jazz vinyl, games (arcade and many other options), and a super cozy reading nook, will all be part of your mountain escape experience at Boho Lake cabin!

* Two bedrooms each with a comfortable king size bed, one upstairs, and one downstairs.

* The living room opens up to a deck divided into two spaces :
— One screened with a sectional sofa.
— And one with a grill and outdoor dining table.
* The upper bedroom opens up to an intimate balcony with lounge chairs.
* A lower level deck with a hot tub and a high bar.
* A firepit area with Adirondack chairs a few stone steps down from the hot tub deck.

*** OUTDOOR HIGHLIGHTS ***
* Beautiful views of the lake, woods and creek from all decks, the hot tub and the firepit area.
* Direct access to the lake from the cabin.
* 4 kayaks available, stored close to the lakeshore.
* 2 fishing poles available for fishing in the lake.
* Smokeless solo stove firepit to enjoy a bonfire and smores.
* Large four burners grill to elevate your outdoor grilling experience.
* A trail along the lake is directly accessible down from the cabin.
* Gently sloped land around the cabin, perfect for wandering and exploring the surroundings.
* Enchanting creek sounds (depends on the season and time of the year which affects the quantity of the water).

*** LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS ***
* The cabin is secluded at the end of a road that leads to a lake, which is private and only shared with a few other cabins along its shores.
* Even though the location is in a mountain community, the roads are paved all the way to the cabin. 4 wheel drive is not mandatory (we have a 2 wheel drive and never had any issues) but might be more comfortable for some guests, and certainly when it snows.
* The community includes trails, one of which is a trail along the lake that’s accessible from the cabin’s lakeshore.
* The cabin is conveniently located within 15 to 20 minutes drive to the charming downtowns of Blue Ridge and Ellijay.
* Within 15 – 25 mins from the cabin you will have access to trails, wineries, orchards, ziplining, horseback riding and many other great options to explore in the area.

Guests will have full access to the cabin (except the owner closet) and the property’s land, the lake, as well as surrounding trails.

*** For guests with pets ***
* Dogs are welcome! we only allow dogs and limit the number to 2.
* We offer the following amenities for pets : elevated water and food bowls (one of each) + mat, 2 foldable crates (suitable for medium size dogs), bed & blanket, and small towels.
* We kindly ask guests to place their pets inside the crate if they leave them alone in the cabin.
* We also kindly ask guests to not let their pets get on furniture, they can enjoy their cute boho style bed to chill 🙂
* Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their four legged friends during their stay. Please note that the land surrounding the cabin is not fenced, there’s direct lake access from the cabin, wildlife presence (e.g deer, goose, raccoons, bears..), indoor plants, and other elements that would require pets owners constant supervision to avoid any potential hazards to their pets.
* Guests are fully responsible for their pets behavior during their stay.

*** For guests with infants and young children ***
* We offer the following amenities for the comfort of our guests with infants : foldable crib with mattress, foldable pack’n play and a high chair.
— We don’t provide bedding for the crib, so guests are expected to bring their own.
* We do not claim to be child friendly though for a number of reasons including but not limited to : unfenced land, unobstructed access to the lake, stairs, open loft, furniture that is not mounted to the wall and may tip over, unprotected furniture corners, outlets without covers, etc..
* Guests are fully responsible for the safety of infants and children in their group during their stay.

*** About the lake and creek ***
* The lake can be used for kayaking and fishing but we don’t know if it is okay for swimming. We personally do not swim in the lake.
* We provide two fishing poles and two foldable chairs which guests can use for fishing in the lake.
* The level of water in the creek varies depending on the season and rainfall.

*** About the kayaks ***
* We have 4 kayaks available for guests to use : two 10′ feet long and two 8′ feet long. 4 paddles are also available.
* We provide four life jackets for the use of the kayaks. These come in a few different sizes but we cannot guarantee that all sizes needed for guests will be among the options available.
* Kayaks are cleaned once every 6 weeks, in between and due to their use in the water and contact with the ground, it is expected that they might get dusty or have some dried mud on their surface.

*** About the firepit ***
* When in use, the surface of the solo stove firepit becomes super hot, please be mindful of that particularly in the presence of children and pets.
* We do provide starter wood logs for the outdoor firepit, but we cannot guarantee that there will be enough for all bonfire that guests will be having during their entire stay as that depends on the stay’s duration and the extent of the use of the firepit.

* The indoor fireplace is decorative only.
* We have one security camera on the property which is facing the driveway. It is in place for security reasons only and is not accessed by hosts during the stay of guests except in case of emergencies.
* To preserve the exceptional quietness and peacefulness of our beautiful mountain community, we have a noise detector inside the cabin to prevent any excessive noise.
