• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Because this home sits in a cove, water levels drop significantly during this winter window.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.
