Guest Policies & Rental Information

• Equipment Courtesy: Please return all mini-golf putters, balls, skee-balls, and ping-pong balls to their designated spots before check-out. Keep all life-size chess pieces inside the screened enclosure.

• Hot Tub Operation: The hot tub runs for 4 hours per cycle and requires 45 to 60 minutes to heat up. It must be reset manually every 4 hours.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Because this home sits in a cove, water levels drop completely, leaving dry land during this winter window.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Trash Policy: Secure all trash inside street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Wildlife Notice: Deer, bears, snakes, and other wildlife frequent the area. Keep a safe distance and do not leave food outdoors.

• Outdoor Sink Notice: The outdoor sink is winterized and unavailable from November through April.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
