Guest Policies & Rental Information

• Trailer Prohibition: The owner does not allow trailers or motorized boat launching on the property.

• Boat Slip Notice: The private boat slip is available for guest use, but the boat lift is excluded.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Water levels drop during this winter window.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Trash & Vehicle Policy: Place all trash inside street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine. No car or boat washing is permitted on site.

• No Open Flames: Open flames, fires, or hibachi-style cooking setups are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

• Outdoor Sink Notice: The outdoor sink is winterized from November through April and remains inoperable during this time.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
