Guests have access to the entire home, except for the cleaning closet and the smart owner’s closet, which are reserved for maintenance and safety.

Other things to note
• Local Policy: We welcome out-of-town guests with positive rental histories. We’re unable to host local guests using the home as an event venue.
• Firewood & Safety: Firewood is not provided. For everyone’s safety, unattended fires may result in a $500 fine.
• Mountain Setting: Our cabin is surrounded by peaceful woods, so outdoor areas may naturally collect leaves, pollen, or dust between cleanings. Thank you for understanding and embracing the mountain environment.
• Security: There are exterior cameras facing the driveway to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Accessibility: There is an accessibility ramp for easy entry, and the main-floor bedroom’s ensuite bathroom includes additional accessibility features for comfort and support.
• Garage: The garage has been thoughtfully converted into the adult entertainment room and is not available for parking.
• Natural Surroundings: Nestled in a beautiful forested area, the cabin offers a true mountain experience. Outdoor spaces may naturally gather leaves, pollen, and dust between visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of the outdoors.
