The Space With five private king bedrooms and a dedicated bunkroom fitted with two queen-over-queen bunks, Stillwater provides true breathing room for 18 people without relying on sleeper sofas or pull-outs. The primary suite serves as a peaceful retreat with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while three additional full bathrooms and a downstairs half bath ensure seamless mornings for large groups.

At the heart of the home, an expansive open-concept living and dining area flows directly into a chef’s kitchen featuring a large meal-prep island. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed throughout the main living areas keep sparkling views of Lake Hamilton in sight from almost every angle.

Guest Access & Amenities Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to the entire home, dock, and amenities throughout their stay. Premium comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a full laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and detergent, and free driveway parking accommodating up to six vehicles.

Important Stay Information Pool heating is available upon request for $150 per day and must be booked for the entire duration of your stay with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Notice given in under 48 hours cannot be guaranteed and incurs a $50 fee. Please note that pool heating operates up to a maximum temperature of 75 to 80 degrees, and heating efficiency decreases during extreme cold weather below 50 degrees. Pool heating is unavailable during the summer season from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st, as well as during winter from December 1st through January 31st.

Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown beginning November 1st each year, with refill starting between March 1st and March 8th and completing by March 15th. Because this property is situated in a cove, water levels recede completely during this winter drawdown period, leaving no visible water behind the home until the lake refills in March.

To prevent local fines, all garbage must be placed securely in bags inside the outdoor street cans, with no loose trash, and set at the curb the evening before trash collection day.
