Important Booking Details

Pool Heating Policy

• You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to request pool heating.

• Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice incur an additional $50 fee and may not allow sufficient time for heating.

• Maximum pool heat temperature reaches 80°F. During extreme cold, the heater may struggle to maintain 80°F.

• The fee is $95/day and must apply to the entire duration of your stay.

• Pool heating is unavailable from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

Resort & Trash Guidelines

• Each cabin includes private outdoor amenities for your exclusive use. However, the 9-hole mini-golf course is a shared amenity for all resort guests.

• Please place all trash inside outdoor cans. If cans are full, please bring bags to the dumpster on the right side of the entrance drive.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit

• Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

• We also require a security deposit authorization. Government ID and signature must match the name on the reservation and payment card.

Business Hours & Emergency Support

• Our team operates daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. For non-emergencies outside these hours, please leave a text or voicemail for a morning reply.

• If an urgent emergency arises overnight (such as plumbing or HVAC issues), please contact our 24-hour service providers:
