Guest Policies & Rental Information

• Pool Heating Notice: Pool heat is available by request only with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Pool heating costs $175/day and must be active for the entire stay duration. (Note: Pool heating is unavailable from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st).

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and a $300 security deposit authorization are required.

• Trash Policy: Secure all trash inside street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
