• Stairs Access Notice: Iron Horse is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building, so please plan accordingly with your luggage.

• Parking & Street Noise: Street parking is available nearby (no dedicated private parking spot). Because of the central downtown location, normal city activity and street noise may occur during busy evenings.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Keep cans on the street to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
