Guest Policies & Rental Information

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Pool Notice: The HOA owns and maintains the community pool. It is unheated and open exclusively during the summer season.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Water levels drop during this winter window.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Keep cans on the street to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Neighborhood Notice: Nearby construction is currently underway on an adjacent property. Audible construction noise may occur during standard daytime working hours.

• Wildlife Notice: Deer, bears, snakes, and other wildlife frequent the area. Keep a safe distance and do not leave food outdoors.
