🐾 Dog-Friendly Stay
We’re excited to welcome your well-behaved pup! There’s no extra fee for pets, and we provide dog bowls and pet covers for a comfy stay. We just ask that pets stay off the bedding if they’re dirty/muddy or prone to shedding, to help keep the space fresh for everyone. Guests must bring a crate or take pups on adventures, as they can’t be left alone in the house or on the property. Please let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing a furry friend so we can get everything ready. Unannounced pets will incur a $100 non-disclosure fee taken from your security deposit.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and the entire 1.5-acre fully fenced property. The cabin features keyless self-entry for convenient, contactless check-in. Security cameras are located at the front entry and parking area for peace of mind.

Other things to note
🚗AWD vehicle recommended. The home is located about .5 miles from the main hwy but it is on a dirt road that can become slick or muddy in heavy rain (monsoon season) or snow.

🔥 Fire restrictions apply. Guests are responsible for checking local fire danger levels before using the fire pit or grill. You will lose your reservation with no refund if you do not follow the local fire restrictions. County info is Coconino County

🐾 Dog-Friendly Stay

We welcome well-behaved pups in this pup paradise of a fenced yard! No pets left unattended or bring your crate. Use the pet covers to protect the furniture and bedding (if you have a shedding pet, no pets on furniture/bedding). Be a respectable pet owner and pick up after them.

🌿 Wildlife sightings common. Possible sightings could be deer, elk, rabbits, spiders and more—please respect the natural environment.

🚫 No smoking or vaping inside or near the home. Strict cleaning fees apply for violations.
