Guest Policies & Rental Notes

• Pool Schedule: The sports pool is closed annually from November 1st through February 28th. However, the hot tub remains open year-round.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Water levels drop during this winter window.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. An ID verification and security deposit authorization are required.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Neighborhood Notice: Ongoing construction is taking place on the neighboring lot. Some noise may occur during daytime working hours.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
