*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit (hold) of $500 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage.

*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with high decks, an outdoor staircase, hot tub, fireplaces and fire pit, supervision of children is always necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or on either the main or lower-level decks.

*** Loft access note: The loft is located at the very top of the cabin on the third level and is reached by a steep ladder. Please use extra caution when going up and down, and ensure young children are always accompanied by an adult while accessing this space.

*** Lower level access note: bedroom 5: king bed + ensuite full bath *Private exterior entrance only — no interior staircase access*

*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.

*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 8 PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8 PM and 8 AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
