50 acres split by Miners Creek- home to 23 improved trout stations, catch browns, rainbows and natives less than 50’ from the door. At the top of the valley your view is the Creede caldera. Ten minutes to town on a well-maintained road, you can not find a prettier spot.

We included water and power for an RV site, the circle drive allows for all sized rigs to park and maneuver easily. Your neighbors are deer, elk, coyotes, fox, bears, lions, eagles, and bobcats. We pasture our horses downstream late summer into fall.
