It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The home also has Wireless internet, Roku devices for TVs and board games to keep the whole family entertained.

The space
The house is approx 1,500 sq ft. distributed in two levels
Upstairs – spacious deck with propane grill and outdoor furniture, fully stocked galley kitchen , living area with a full size pull out couch, master bedroom and a full bath
Downstairs- entrance room with full size futon, two bedrooms ( 1 queen size room and 1 twin over full bunk, single twin room ), full bath and laundry room.
Other things to note
We provide two guest passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center which will get two adults in for free. Additional adults are $20 each on weekends and holiday, and $10 each on weekdays. Children 7 and under get in for free. Tenant will be responsible for loss of passes to the rec center, $100 replacement fee. Please be sure to leave the passes hanging on the wall upon departure. REC CENTER IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19
