The Mountain House was established to create an intimate, relaxing space with all the latest smart home and comfort features.

The renovated home offers a unique experience integrating classic mountain cabin architecture with modern design and technology in a sublime and peaceful forest setting.

Nestled in the highest mountains of North Georgia, it provides a quiet and calm stay with complete privacy

The home is 2,890 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

The main level room features a king bed with top-of-the-line linens, amazing mountain views from the screen door, and a one-of-one, custom-made Oak headboard.

The main level room’s expansive bath features dual vanities, a hair dryer, a vanity mirror, and a spacious shower area.

On the main level, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen awaits you, with all stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven, microwave, 4 burners electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee station.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-line Quartz countertops and a Prolific workstation chef’s sink with plenty of entertaining and prep space.

The living space surrounding the kitchen includes dining for up to 6, a classic fireplace and ample seating with long-range views of the mountains, and unbelievably gorgeous sunsets throughout the year.

The cozy main level porch offers outdoor living space and has four rocking chairs and a grill area.

Downstairs on the terrace level, you’ll find the “2nd Master” which offers a king bed, large closet, and blackout curtains. Next to it, you have the “2nd living room” where you can relax by the bar, lay down on the couch, or enjoy the large free space.

Step into the terrace-level porch, where you can relax in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular mountain views or walk down to the fire pit and star gaze with all your guests.

The upstairs level features two rooms and an additional living area with a futon couch. The first one provides a queen size bed with a cozy couch and probably the best views in the entire house. It also comes with a spacious bathroom with multiple shower heads for a soothing and spa-like shower experience.

The additional room features 2 queen-size beds, along with a large couch and many games to entertain the whole family.

The upstairs living area features a hand-crafted chess table with custom-made furniture for you to enjoy a battle of the minds or relax and enjoy a book on the swivel chairs.

Throughout the property are amenities galore, including:

– Fresh well water that is only available to the neighborhood

– 6 Smart TVs that are each connected to a DirectTV satellite. Two 75″ TVs on the main floor and basement, and additional 43″ Smart TV in each room, with a 50″ Smart TV in the kid’s room.
