Winter Weather Note (Please Read Carefully):

**During winter, when air temperature drops, it will take longer to heat the pool, and in colder conditions, it may take most or all of the day to reach the target temperature. In these conditions, the pool may not maintain the target temperature of 82–85°F. As a result, there may be only a short window of comfortable swimming.

>Keeping the pool and hot tub covered will help to ensure optimal heat when you are ready to use the pool. Leaving the pool open will cause the pool to lose heat quickly.
**In our experience, a heated pool in winter is usually more of a novelty for kids—our own kids will happily jump in even on chilly days. While 85°F sounds warm, that temperature refers to the water and is often not as warm as it sounds, especially once you’re out of the pool. When air temperatures are below 50°F, most adults tend to prefer the hot tub, which provides a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
