Imagine waking up to sweeping lake views from your spacious outdoor deck. Later, you can take refreshing dips in both the pool and the lake, or enjoy thrilling water sports. Nearby, delicious local restaurants sit just a short drive away.

Additionally, kids and teens will love the unique game room located in The Barn. Complete with classic gaming systems and a big screen TV, this space offers endless entertainment for all ages.

Main House & The Barn Layout

The property features two separate buildings connected by a charming covered walkway. Consequently, large groups can easily spread out while staying close together.

First, the Main House includes three custom-designed king bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The open main floor houses the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Large doors offer quick access to the pool, patio, and lakefront.

Next, The Barn provides three additional bedrooms with queen and twin XL bunk beds. It also features two full bathrooms and a spacious 90s-themed game room.

Kitchen & Dining

Preparing meals for a crowd is simple in the fully stocked kitchen. Sleek appliances, generous counter space, and stylish decor create a welcoming space for home cooks.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook seats five for casual morning coffee. In addition, two large tables in the main dining area comfortably seat up to 16 guests for shared group dinners.

Main House Living Room

Unwind in the inviting living room, where plush seating meets cozy vintage decor. Large windows fill the room with bright natural light and lake views.

A large smart TV makes movie nights and sports viewing effortless. Therefore, the open living room serves as a comfortable gathering spot after a long day on the water.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Each bedroom combines comfortable bedding with unique thematic decor to ensure restful nights for all 16 guests.

Main House Bedrooms:

• Primary Suite (Pop is King): King bed, work desk with monitor, 50” smart TV, and ensuite bath with soaking tub & rain shower.

• The Kraken Stories: King bed, 50” smart TV, nautical artwork.

• Fantastical Adventure: King bed, 50” smart TV, fantasy art prints.

The Barn Bedrooms:

• Sneakerhead: Queen/Twin XL bunk bed with sneaker decor.

• Bubble Gum: Queen/Twin XL bunk bed with bubble gum accents.

• Skate Culture: Two Twin XL bunk beds with skateboard decor.

Five modern bathrooms serve the property. The primary suite offers a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Meanwhile, additional bathrooms feature double sinks and sleek walk-in shower combinations.

90s Game Room in The Barn

The Barn’s game room offers a vibrant hub of entertainment for kids and adults alike. Neon lights and retro decor give the room a fun 90s atmosphere.

Guests can play classic games on Nintendo stations or watch movies on the massive smart TV. A massive sectional couch and a card table for board games complete the space.

Pool, Hot Tub, & Outdoor Living

The outdoor space features a shaded patio with a hot tub, smart TV, and propane BBQ grill. Just beyond, sun loungers surround the large in-ground pool.

Down by the shore, a private boat dock lets you tie up your boat during your stay. Guests can also play on the basketball hoop and outdoor ping pong table before gathering around the fire pit at night.

Important Booking Details

Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines

• The hot tub runs in 4-hour cycles and takes 45–60 minutes to heat up. It requires a manual reset every 4 hours.

• The outdoor pool closes for the winter from November through April and reopens in May.

Pet & Lake Drawdown Policies

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $150 pet deposit.

• The annual Lake Hamilton drawdown begins November 1st. Refilling starts between March 1st and March 8th, completing by March 15th.

Rental Agreement & Security Deposit

• Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

• We also require a security deposit authorization. Government ID and signature must match the reservation name and card on file.

Trash & Local Wildlife

• Place all trash securely inside street cans (no loose bags) and roll them to the curb the night before pickup to avoid a $100 fine.

• Local wildlife (deer, bears, snakes, geese) frequent the area. Maintain a safe distance and never leave food outside.

Business Hours & Emergency Support

• Our team operates daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. For non-emergencies outside business hours, please leave a voicemail or text message for a morning reply.
