Guest Policies & Rental Information

• Pool Heating Policy: Pool heat is available upon request for $150 per day (must heat for the entire stay duration). Guests must provide at least 48 hours notice. Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st. In freezing winter weather (Dec–Feb), pool heating efficiency decreases. The pool and spa share one heater, so only one can heat at a time.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Because this home sits in a cove, water levels drop completely, leaving dry land during this winter window.

• Outdoor Sink Notice: The outdoor sink is winterized and unavailable from November through April.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide (Roto-Rooter for plumbing and Air Masters for HVAC).
