House Rules & Guest Information

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. However, move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Moreover, ID verification and a security deposit authorization are required.

• Wildlife Notice: Bears, deer, and other wildlife frequent the area. Therefore, keep a safe distance and do not leave food outdoors.
