Guest Policies & Notes

• Pool Notice: This property does not offer pool heating at this time.

• Rental Agreement: Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. ID verification and security deposit authorizations are required.

• Lake Drawdown Notice: Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with refilling beginning between March 1st and March 8th (completed by March 15th). Because this home sits in a cove, water levels will drop completely during this winter window.

• Trash Policy: Place all trash in street cans. Move cans to the curb the night before collection to avoid a $100 local fine.

• Support Hours: Business hours run from 8 AM to 11 PM. For after-hours HVAC or plumbing emergencies, refer to the emergency provider contacts listed in your check-in guide.
