Lake Hamilton Drawdown Notice

• Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st. Refilling begins between March 1st and March 8th, completing by March 15th.

• Because this property sits in a cove, the water recedes completely during this timeframe.

Rental Terms & Security Deposit

• Guests must electronically sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

• We also require a security deposit authorization. The government ID and signature must match the reservation name.

Hot Tub Usage

• The hot tub runs for 4 hours per cycle and takes 45–60 minutes to heat up.

• It will not run continuously and must be manually reset every 4 hours.

Trash & Wildlife Policies

• Please place all trash inside street cans (no loose bags) and roll them to the curb the night before pickup to avoid a $100 fine.

• Local wildlife (deer, bears, snakes, geese) frequent the area. Please maintain a safe distance and never leave food outdoors.

• Our team operates from 8 AM to 11 PM. For non-emergencies outside these hours, please leave a voicemail or text message for a morning reply.
