You will enjoy magnificent views at this amazing KRISTY COLLECTION lakeside home…from the outdoor fireplace porch, the lakeside infinity pool and hot tub, the large covered back porches (up and down), the covered private boat dock, the expansive expertly landscaped lawn, and nearly every room in the house. Located on North Georgia’s premier mountain lake, pristine Lake Blue Ridge, this luxurious three-level home offers luxury, comfort and lots of entertainment options with multiple outdoor and indoor living areas that offer tremendous 180-degree lake views including a game loft, a terrace level TV lounge, an in-ground trampoline, a main floor living room with a fireplace, and our adjacent high-end chef’s kitchen with a professional 36″ stove in the center island—with lake views, of course—and a huge commercial refrigerator.

Our newest amenity is a large in-ground trampoline. *The pool is heated May to Mid-to October to a comfortable 82 degrees. You can also enjoy lake views from the shady poolside cabana with bathrooms and a grand fireplace.The home has six bedrooms, including a master king on main with fireplace and private bath, another master with a fireplace and a private bath on the terrace level, along with another king room with adjacent bath. Upstairs there are a king room with a lake view and a queen room that share a bath, and a bunk room with 2 queens/2 twins and a twin trundle and a private bath.
